Chowen Bend Townhomes is in Burnsville MN. Our renovated townhomes are two stories and feature floorplans for 2 and 3 bedroom homes. In unit laundry, refrigerators, stoves and over the range microwaves, central air, and a private patio area are just a beginning to the list of amenities offered at Chowen Bend.
